The creation of an account and/or the participation in any Absurd Trivia game or other such offering constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
Eligability
Accounts may only be created by persons aged 16 and over.
Absurd Trivia retains the right under any circumstances to refuse access and/or cancel members accounts. Furthermore, we are under no obligation to provide any reason as to why we would take such action.
Member Submissions
Absurd Trivia acceps all material submitted by members in good faith. Members are responsible for ensuring that such material is their own creation and not taken, borrowed, stolen or copied from any other source, including both online and offline sources.
Absurd Trivia will make every effort to ensure that copyrighted/plagiarized material is not published within our site, and will respond quickly to remove any such material.
Absurd Trivia does not claim ownership of member submitted material. However, members grant Absurd Trivia full world wide, royalty free non-expiring and non-exclusive license(s) to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, sell and publicly display such submitted material, and to incorporate such material into other works in any format or medium now known or later developed.
All material submitted by members is subject to review. We reserve the right to reject material for any reason and offer no guarantee that material will be published.
Electronic Communications
All members must consent to receive communications from us electronically.
By using Absurd Trivia or communicating with us by electronic means, the user consents and acknowledges that any and all agreements, notices, disclosures, or any other communication satisfies any legal requirement, including but not limited to the requirement that such communications should be in writing.
